At Skalds Eats and Coffee, we believe in strengthening relationships with great coffee and genuine conversation. We celebrate the art of storytelling and encourage you to slow down, enjoy your coffee, and connect with those you love. Everyone has a story. Tell yours.

Exceptional Coffee
Our beans are roasted in the Northern Rockies and sourced from farms in Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, and Costa Rica. Our flavors offer a full body profile of rich chocolate, brown sugar, a hint of citrus, and honey.

Delicious and Healthy Food
We serve locally sourced meat and produce, cooked in olive oil, tallow, or butter. We do not use seed oils! Our menu includes breakfast burritos, Belgian waffles, and burgers, all crafted with your health in mind.
